Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping, ensuring that our jewellery reaches you no matter where you are. Once your order is placed, we aim to ship it as soon as possible. We ship orders on weekdays only (Monday to Friday) and orders placed before 2pm are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and on weekends will be shipped the next working day (Monday). Please note that if you pay for the Tracked 24 delivery option on the weekend, it will not be sent until Monday. This is the delivery service provided by Royal Mail, not us. All other orders are sent with their 48 hour service. For UK orders, you can expect delivery within 1-3 days once its been shipped out. EU orders typically take 5-7 days, while international orders may take 7-10 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Refunds & Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. If you would like to return your item, you are responsible for paying for the return. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any body jewellery or earrings.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 14 days, and we’ll work to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
